Rainscreen Cladding
Ventilated rainscreen cladding in aluminium, ACM (A2), terracotta, fibre cement and composite panels — engineered for weather performance and fire compliance.
Rainscreen cladding provides a ventilated, drained facade that protects the building envelope while delivering architectural expression in a wide palette of materials and finishes.
Following the fundamental changes to facade fire safety regulation, we specify only compliant materials and systems. For buildings within scope of the ban on combustible materials we use A1 or A2-s1,d0 rated panels, mineral wool insulation and non-combustible carrier systems, with full BS 8414 / BR 135 evidence where required.
What this service includes
Through-coloured & coated panels
Solid aluminium, A2-rated composite, terracotta, fibre cement and HPL panels on concealed or expressed-fix carrier systems.
Helping-hand carrier systems
Aluminium subframe and bracket systems with thermal isolators, designed for the substrate, cavity and insulation build-up.
Fire-compliant build-ups
Non-combustible specifications for buildings in scope of Regulation 7(2), with cavity barriers and fire-stopping co-ordinated to the facade.
Insulation & weather line
Mineral wool insulation, breather membranes and drained-and-ventilated cavities engineered to manage condensation and water ingress.
