Structural Glazing & Frameless Systems
Structural silicone glazing, frameless assemblies and glass fins delivering maximum transparency and minimal sightlines for prestige facades and entrances.
Where architectural intent demands uninterrupted transparency, our structural glazing systems remove the visible frame from the external elevation. We deliver structural silicone glazed (SSG) curtain walling, bolt-fixed assemblies and glass-fin supported facades.
These systems require exacting engineering. We undertake structural silicone joint design and adhesion testing in line with ETAG 002, with all bonding carried out under controlled factory conditions to guarantee long-term performance and warranty.
What this service includes
Structural silicone glazing (SSG)
Two-edge and four-edge structurally bonded units with concealed retention, giving a flush external glass plane and sightlines as narrow as 20 mm.
Glass fin facades
Toughened and laminated glass fins providing wind-load support to full-height glazed walls without intrusive steelwork — ideal for entrance halls and atria.
Bolt-fixed (spider) glazing
Patch and spider-fitting assemblies for fully transparent screens, supported on tension rods, cable nets or stainless brackets.
Silicone bonding & testing
Factory-controlled structural bonding to ETAG 002, with project-specific adhesion and compatibility testing for every substrate.
