The challenge
The scheme required eighteen distinct retail shopfronts to varied brand specifications, all co-ordinated within a single facade programme.
A glazed mall roof had to deliver daylight to internal circulation while managing solar gain over food and leisure tenancies.
Our solution
We delivered a co-ordinated shopfront package, matching individual retailer brand profiles, finishes and signage zones within a consistent structural grid.
A glazed mall rooflight with solar-control glass brought daylight into the circulation spine while controlling internal temperatures.
Curtain walling to the upper leisure deck and automatic entrances completed a unified, welcoming public realm.
The result
The scheme opened fully let, with the daylit mall and consistent shopfront language praised for the quality of the retail environment.
Phased delivery allowed tenant fit-outs to proceed in parallel, supporting an on-time public opening.
